Owners need to contact Yvette (ynieto@goodnightstay.com) to inquire about availability and to make reservations.
The cleaning services fee is $305 per stay – this includes the use of the extra room as well, no extra fee if used. This will be billed directly to OldAZ Holdings and paid by the company. Owners will be required to reimburse the company for those costs. This will be added to any rental fees.
Rental fees will be calculated by Erin and will be emailed to you directly from OldAZHoldings closer to your stay. If you would like to request information about the rental fees ahead of time, please contact Erin at erin@familycfo.biz or 405-603-1917.
